Franco Fornari

Franco Fornari is in charge of the foreign-related service team at the Wang Jing & GH Law Firm.

He is fluent in Italian, English, French, and Chinese and moved to China in 2008 after working for two years as a Legal Consultant in Italy for two leading Chinese companies in the fields of services and manufacturing. At Wang Jing & GH Law Firm, he is in charge of the foreign-related service team, a highly specialized team of domestic and foreign professionals with extensive experience in the field of foreign-related Chinese law cases. During his more than 10 years of working at the Law Firm, he has worked on dozens of technical publications on Chinese Laws, held countless lectures at universities and business forums on topics such as the PRC Civil Procedure Law, Company Law, Intellectual Property Law, Labor Law.

Nowadays, he is Director, Supervisor, and/or Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of several Sino-foreign joint ventures in China. He has much experience living and working abroad as both his father and mother worked for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He once lived in the United States of America, in Tunisia where he attended courses of Arabic language and in Italy where he majored at the University of Pavia in Law.
