Elena Cedrola is Professor of Economics and Business Management at the University of Macerata.
She is Head of the Department of Economics and Law at the same institution, where she teaches international management and marketing. She has been a Visiting Scholar at Beijing Normal University (China), University Paris IV Sorbonne (France) and Aix-Marseille University (France). Her research areas are international management and marketing for small and medium-sized enterprises, with a focus on China. She has an extensive portfolio of intellectual contributions including books, publications in peer-reviewed journals, conferences and workshops. Her latest studies focus on the country-of-origin effect in industries, the fashion industry, blockchain, and gamification, the latter two being contextualized in corporate management and marketing strategies.
