Flora Sapio is Associate Professor of History and Institutions of Asia at the University of Naples L’Orientale.
She teaches at the Department of Human and Social Sciences of the same institution, where she teaches courses in the History and Institutions of Contemporary China and Politics and Institutions of Contemporary China. Since 2000, she has been engaged in the study and research of the international and area history of the People’s Republic of China. She is the author of monographs and editor of collective volumes published by Brill, Edward Elgar, Cornell University Press, and Routledge, and has published numerous scientific articles in international journals in the scientific-disciplinary fields SPS/14 and L/OR23.
