Noemi Mazzaracchio

Noemi Mazzaracchio is a Lawyer and completed her PhD studies at the Faculty of Law of Nanjing University.

She graduated with a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Federico II in Naples, Italy, where she also presented a Comparative Law thesis on the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China. In addition, she also gives lectures and hold seminars on Chinese Law at the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Roma Tre and the University of Macerata. She is an active member of the University Roma Tre Center for Chinese and East Asian studies. She is highly proficient in Chinese language and holds the highest certification (HKS 6 and HSKK Advanced), and a deep understanding of Chinese culture through years of experience in Nanjing. Her academic contributions include publications in academic journals and translations of legal books, essays and articles authored by Chinese and Italian scholars. She is a member of the Editorial Board of Ridao (Rivista di Diritto dell’Asia Orientale, Ca’ Foscari editions). Additionally, she teaches Italian to Chinese students in private schools and universities under the Marco Polo and Turandot Italian Language Programs. She is also a certified examiner for CELI (Certificati di Lingua Italiana), an Italian language certificate issued by the University for Foreigners of Perugia.
