Fabio Giacopello

Fabio Giacopello is one of the Managing Partners of HFG Law & Intellectual Property.

Founded in 2003, HFG counts over 70 professionals distributed in Shanghai and Beijing and represents clients at various levels before all state-level agencies, administrative and judicial authorities. He has been widely recognized as one of the most valuable Intellectual Property practitioner in China. He is a member of the Internet Committee at INTA and Arbitrator at the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC, former CIETAC Shanghai).

He has substantive experience in trademark portfolio management, trademark disputes and litigations, and enforcement including anti-counterfeiting. His practice includes technology transfer, patent and trade secret litigations, and arbitration in relation to disloyal behaviors of employees. He has also achieved brilliant results in commercial and corporate transactions on behalf of international companies.
