Lauretta Rubini is Associate Professor of Applied Economics at the University of Ferrara. She has a long teaching activity and also lectured in several Masters programs. She received her PhD in Business at the University of Birmingham (UK) and has participated in several national and international research projects. She has been visiting scholar at UCLA and South China University of Technology. She is also a Senior Researcher at c.MET05, an Inter-university Center on Applied Economic Studies to Industrial Policies, Local Development and Internationalization. Among her research interests: health industry, industrial policies, SMEs and firms’ agglomerations dynamics, high-tech networking, innovation, China’s industrial development.
